Optometric Assistant – Capital Vision Care in Southgate Mall

Join our locally owned eye‑care team! We’re hiring an Optometric Assistant who’s passionate about patient care, eye health, and working in a rapid‑paced clinic environment. Experience in optical is an asset, but we provide full training. Occasional travel to other locations may be required.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet patients and coordinate appointments
- Perform preliminary and auxiliary testing
- Support the optometrist with daily clinic tasks
- Deliver excellent patient care and accurate charting

- Strong communication and a great bedside manner
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
- Comfortable learning new technology (G Suite/MS Office)
- Calm, approachable,



and confident working closely with patients
