M&I; Sushi Craft is looking for a reliable Sushi Preparer to join our team in Fenelon Falls, Ontario. The successful candidate will assist with preparing and packaging sushi and other food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking supplies, and serving customers. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, portion and wrap food items
- Package take-out food
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food
- Stock refrigerators and food preparation areas
- Receive, unpack and store supplies
- Serve customers at the counter
- Maintain food safety and proper food-handling practices
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- Remove kitchen garbage and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

- No degree,



certificate or diploma required
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and positive attitude

Job Details

- Permanent, full-time
- 30–40 hours per week
- $19.00 per hour
- Morning, daytime and weekend availability
- On-site position in Fenelon Falls, Ontario
- Free parking available
