Do you love working with children and want to run your own business from home without the administrative headache? Little Larks is a licensed home daycare agency looking for caring childcare providers across Ottawa.

As a provider with Little Larks, you focus on the kids. We handle the paperwork, enrollment, parent billing, and compliance visits.

What you bring

- A safe, clean home in Ottawa (must pass a home safety inspection)
- A genuine love for early childhood development
- Patience, reliability, and robust communication skills
- Experience with children (ECE background is a plus, not required)




- Ability to obtain a transparent Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to get it)

Your day-to-day

- Provide a warm, engaging environment for up to 6 children (ages 0–12)
- Plan simple, age-appropriate activities (we provide a curriculum guide)
- Serve healthy meals and snacks (we help with the Canada Food Guide requirements)
- Keep daily records of attendance, milestones, and any incidents
- Communicate with parents through our agency app
