Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting store spaces to promote a positive environment
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately during transactions while ensuring excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational objectives




- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all staff and visitors
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and store policies

Experience

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
