Sky Kitchen & Flooring is looking for a hungry, self-driven sales representative to grow our flooring and tile division. This is not a desk job. This is not a 9-to-5. This is an chance to build something real — with uncapped commission and genuine upside for the right person.

What you'll be doing:

- Building relationships with builders, contractors, renovators, property managers, and trade professionals across the region
- Generating and closing flooring and tile sales — showroom walk-ins, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Attending trade shows, builder meetings, and industry events to grow our network
- Nurturing repeat business with builders and contractors for ongoing, recurring orders
- Acting as the face of Sky Kitchen's flooring division in the marketplace

Who we're looking for:

- Someone who considers themselves a natural closer — not someone who needs to be managed daily
- Experience in sales (flooring, building materials, or trades preferred but not required — hunger and coachability matter more)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship-building, and being the driver of your own success
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you see this as building your own business within ours
- Local to the Belleville/Quinte area, with reliable transportation

Compensation: Commission-based (details discussed in interview) + $500/week draw for first 3 months

Pay: $34,400.00-$123,465.98 per year

Experience:

- B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)
