Needs Convenience, a subsidiary of Sobeys Inc. has earned a reputation for being a leader in the convenience store and retail fuel industry in Atlantic Canada.

We are currently seeking a Needs Convenience – Franchisee in Training to join our team in St John's, NL. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Day to day operations of a Needs Convenience Store
- Consistently upholding high operating standards and ensuring superior Customer Service and Food Safety Standards
- Execution and management of all sales and marketing programs
- Driving sales growth
- Managing and controlling inventory and expenses

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of retail experience in Convenience Retail, Grocery, or Food Service industry and retail management is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education, preferred




- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dedication and commitment to investing time working directly in the business is required for personal success.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Experience:

- Retail: 2 years (preferred)
