PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing logistical operations and inventory to ensure efficient supply chain processes at Club Med. This role supports the synchronization of supply chain activities, facilitating smooth operations across suppliers, warehouses, and distribution channels. The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in optimizing inventory control, enhancing workflow efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

GENERAL MISSIONS

1. Logistics and Inventory Management

- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess.

- Coordinate product movement between suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers.

2. Supplier and Partner Coordination

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules meet operational requirements.

- Support the evaluation of supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among supply chain partners.

3. Process Improvement and Efficiency

- Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and propose solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.





- Implement innovative practices to streamline supply chain workflows.

4. Reporting and Data Management

- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of supply chain activities.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness.

- Support decision-making with comprehensive data analysis and insights.

5. Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and corporate standards in supply chain operations.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

- Maintain documentation and reporting to support compliance audits.

6. Management & Leadership

- Create a structuring and inspiring framework: Provide a clear and engaging workplace, give meaning to actions and embody the Club Med Spirit.

- Develop and empower teams: Help them develop their skills, encourage autonomy and initiative.

- Ensure operational excellence: Manage performance with rigor and benevolence, optimizing time and resources.

- On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of products delivered within scheduled timelines.

- Inventory Turnover: Improvement in how efficiently stock is managed and utilized.

- Supplier Performance: Rate of compliance with quality and delivery benchmarks.

- Process Efficiency: Reduction in time required for supply chain operations.

- Compliance Rate: Number of successful audits confirming adherence to standards.
