Our client is a publicly traded Canadian gold developer advancing a large-scale, multi-million-ounce gold project in British Columbia's renowned Cariboo mining district.

As the project moves through feasibility, environmental assessment, and toward a construction decision, they are seeking a Vice President, Exploration to lead the next chapter of resource growth and geological discovery. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Develop and execute the Company's exploration strategy to support resource growth, reserve conversion, and long-term project development objectives

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of geologists, consultants, and technical professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and technical excellence

- Advance geological understanding of the deposit through drilling, structural interpretation, resource modelling, and innovative exploration techniques

- Act as a key technical advisor to the CEO, Board, investors,



regulators, and other stakeholders while serving as the Company's Qualified Person under NI 43-101

- Support project advancement through feasibility, permitting, environmental assessment, Indigenous engagement, and future operational readiness initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

- Extensive experience leading gold exploration programs with a demonstrated track record of resource growth and project advancement.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams, develop talent, and create alignment across technical, operational, and corporate groups.

- Qualified Person (QP) status under NI 43-101 and eligibility for Qualified Geoscientist registration in British Columbia.

- Experience working with gold systems similar to sediment-hosted, vein-hosted, or orogenic deposits, ideally within British Columbia or comparable geological environments.
