We're looking for friendly, energetic Front of House / servers to join our team.

Requirements

- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Fluent in English
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/carry trays up to [20 kg]
- Reliable, punctual, and a robust team player

Job Responsibilities

- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct table promptly and accurately
- Confirm orders match tickets before delivering to guests
- Reset and clean tables promptly between guests
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely, accurate service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area,



service stations, and entryway
- Respond to basic guest questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards
- Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) — a plus, given our menu and guest base
- Previous experience as a runner, server, host, or in a restaurant environment
- Food Handler's Certification / Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with POS systems

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
