The Career Foundation is recruiting on behalf of our employer partner, a family-run manufacturing company operating in a quick-paced production environment. The company specializes in producing high-quality, intricate cards and takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality products.

We are currently seeking an experienced Offset Press Feeder to support daily production operations. The successful candidate will assist with press setup, operation, and maintenance while ensuring products meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Load paper into the press and prepare materials for production
- Assist with press startup and daily operations
- Set up feeder systems and prepare the press for production runs
- Bend and hang printing plates
- Apply inks to fountains and monitor ink levels
- Inspect press sheets during production for quality and variations
- Stack and palletize finished sheets to prevent damage or offsetting
- Clean and maintain the press area
- Perform preventative maintenance, including:
- Lubrication
- Roller inspection and deglazing
- Blanket preparation and replacement
- Cleaning water tanks
- Changing rollers as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Offset Press Feeder or similar printing/manufacturing role
- Experience operating offset printing presses or related manufacturing equipment




- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production workplace
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Warehouse or material handling experience is considered an asset
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
