Adecco is currently hiring a full-time National Account Manager - Amazon for our client in Markham, ON.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and strategic eCommerce professional to take ownership of a national Amazon account and drive profitable growth across one of the world's largest retail platforms. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will lead account strategy, promotional planning, and commercial execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

- Pay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities:
Account Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for the Amazon business
- Identify growth opportunities, establish sales targets, and drive revenue expansion
- Manage the commercial relationship with Amazon and serve as the primary point of contact for Vendor Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
eCommerce & Amazon Management
- Execute Amazon growth strategies and optimize account performance
- Manage promotional planning and annual account activities to maximize ROI
- Leverage Amazon tools and programs to improve visibility, conversion, and market share
- Monitor account performance and recommend strategies to drive growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure seamless execution of promotional programs and customer initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
Business Development & Commercial Planning
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account
- Negotiate contract renewals and manage trade spend effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
- Provide recommendations and strategic insights to support business growth
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate account records and sales activities within Exceedra systems
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build forecasts, reports, and business reviews using data-driven insights
- Support planning and decision-making through advanced Excel analysis
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce sales, national account management, or Amazon account management
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven success managing Amazon accounts and executing Amazon growth strategies
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and related programs
- Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem tools, including AMS, A+ Content, Vendor Central Programs, and FBA
- Experience using Keepa, Jungle Scout, or similar marketplace analytics tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF formulas
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
