Job Description:
As an Alarm Dispatcher, you will be responsible for monitoring alarm & medical signals, dispatching emergency services as needed, and ensuring prompt and efficient responses. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor alarm & medical alert systems, and respond to alarm signals promptly.
- Dispatch police, fire, or medical services as necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with emergency responders and clients.
- Record and log all alarm activity and responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and emergency personnel.




- Assist with routine system checks and maintenance.
- Prepare & package Medical Alert Systems

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Proficient in using computer systems and alarm monitoring software.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
