We are looking for an experienced Concrete Labourer to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial concrete construction, restoration, coatings, waterproofing, and high-rise work throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has concrete experience and wants to work on larger, more specialized commercial projects while continuing to build their skills.

- Concrete delamination and structural concrete repairs
- Traffic deck and parkade coatings
- Epoxy and industrial floor coatings
- Concrete demolition and removals
- Concrete forming and pouring
- Concrete repairs and restoration
- Waterproofing and membrane systems
- Balcony restoration and waterproofing
- Swing stage and suspended access work
- High-rise and elevated work
- Grinding, shot blasting and concrete surface preparation
- Commercial and industrial concrete projects
The Role
As a Concrete Labourer, you will work alongside our crew on a variety of commercial construction and restoration projects. The work is hands-on, physical, and constantly changing — no two projects are exactly the same.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with concrete demolition, preparation and repairs
- Operating and assisting with concrete grinding and surface preparation equipment
- Assisting with forming, placing and finishing concrete
- Preparing surfaces for coatings and waterproofing systems
- Installing and assisting with traffic deck coating systems
- Mixing and applying construction materials
- General jobsite cleanup and material handling
- Working from swing stages and other elevated access equipment when required
- Following project specifications and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe worksite
What We're Looking For
- Previous concrete or construction experience
- Experience with commercial concrete is an asset
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Robust work ethic and reliable attendance
- Able to work safely at heights
- Comfortable working outdoors and in changing conditions
- Willing to learn new equipment, products and construction systems
- Able to work effectively as part of a crew
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
- Fall protection, lift/swing stage, WHMIS or other relevant certifications are an asset
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
