We are looking for a top tier estimator to join our busy and growing Collision Shop.

We have an immediate opening in our team for a Collision Shop Estimator, and the right candidate must have the following abilities;

· Be highly motivated to grow the business as well as stay ahead of the daily tasks related to producing high quality, accurate collision estimates.

· Be able to understand the importance of the customer, accurately assess damaged vehicles, and work in cooperation with others to achieve common goals.

· Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs and want to be part of a growing and dynamic team.

· Be responsible for walking our customers through all phases of the vehicle repair process, participating in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle and preparing estimates in accordance with insurance partner and company guidelines.

· Must have prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility or appraisal company.





· Must also possess a working understanding or ability to learn the collision repair process with Mitchell, Audatex and IMEX together with a positive understanding of ICBC processes.
