As a Security Guard, you will play a key role in airside and terminal operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment for passengers, staff, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities for Security Guard

- Provide security coverage for airside and terminal operations in compliance with regulations
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas
- Conduct patrols to detect and respond to risks or incidents
- Respond to emergencies following established procedures




- Communicate clearly and professionally via radio and in person
- Maintain strong situational awareness at all times

Qualifications for Security Guard

- Be authorized to work in Canada
- RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) required / ability to obtain and maintain
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
- Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Customer service mindset aligned with airport standards
- Strong situational awareness and adherence to regulations
- Exceptional English communication (verbal & written)
- Clear and professional radio communication skills
- Confident interaction with passengers, tenants, and stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex procedures
- Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and emergency response
- Relevant background preferred
- Experience in policing, corrections, military, or security is a robust asset
- High operational flexibility
