We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Paint Line Attendant to support the daily operations of our powder coating line. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. While prior experience in a paint line or manufacturing setting is an asset, it is not required – training will be provided.

This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of materials and parts throughout the coating process, including hanging, unloading, inspection, and packaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in loading and unloading parts onto the paint line.
- Hang parts according to production orders and specified layouts.
- Visually inspect parts before and after coating for defects or damage.
- Package and label finished parts according to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.




- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Support the team with general labor tasks as required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is an asset but not required.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

- Agriculture manufacturing facility.
- Frequently exposed to work with moving mechanical parts.
- Exposure to increased noise levels, heat/cold, and airborne particles.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Ability to safety lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time.
