We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RECE- Supervisor to lead and support our early childhood education team. In this vital role, you will oversee classroom operations, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and foster a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your leadership will inspire staff, promote best practices in caregiving and teaching, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality care. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily classroom activities, ensuring they align with educational goals and licensing requirements
- Support and mentor teaching staff to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for children
- Oversee caregiving routines, including meal times, naps, and hygiene practices, to promote health and safety
- Collaborate with team members to create inclusive environments that accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
- Maintain accurate documentation related to children's progress, attendance, and incident reports




- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies governing early childhood programs
- Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular updates on children's development and addressing concerns promptly

Qualifications

- Valid registration as an Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or equivalent qualification
- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong background in teaching methodologies and caregiving practices for early learners
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, health & safety regulations, and licensing standards
- Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with children, families, and team members

Pay: $26.86-$30.00 per hour
