- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace environments
- Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems
- Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits Proficiency in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), CAPA, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis
- Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP methodologies
- Robust understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T;
- Experience with incoming inspection, non-conformance management, and corrective actions
- Knowledge of supplier quality management and supplier corrective action processes
- Ability to analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience using quality tools and statistical analysis techniquesStrong problem-solving,



organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality management systems
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or equivalent certification is an asset

Pay: $43.00-$46.00 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

- APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt (preferred)
