Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for a skilled commercial security systems technician with strong hands-on experience servicing Security Alarm and CCTV systems, including troubleshooting, field repairs, wiring, programming, testing, and fault tracing.

Key Responsibilities
- Service commercial Security Alarm and CCTV systems, including field repairs, troubleshooting, fault tracing, testing, and system verification.
- Run and pull wiring, connect devices, program, calibrate, and test equipment to ensure proper system functionality.
- Review work orders, gather tools, equipment, and supplies,
and coordinate daily service requirements with customers and internal teams.
- Confirm system connections and signals, identify issues, correct deficiencies, and document completed work accurately.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving concerns, answering questions, and protecting confidential customer and company security information.
- Follow company safety policies, maintain a safe work environment, and support inventory readiness by checking stock and supply needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $35 per hour.
- Annual compensation: $72,800 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Approximately 25% of the time, afternoon shifts may be required based on client needs, such as 2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for school-related work.
- Technicians report to the office daily at 7:00 a.m. to pick up equipment and typically leave with the crew by 7:30 a.m.
- Vacation: 2 weeks, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years.
