About Jem PicklePlace

Jem PicklePlace is a growing indoor pickleball club dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for players of all ages and skill levels. We offer lessons, clinics, leagues, social play, tournaments, and special events in a fun, welcoming, and community-focused environment.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Pickleball Coach who is passionate about the sport and enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is someone who can create a great experience for members, build relationships within the community, and help grow participation across our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging private lessons, clinics, and group programs
- Lead or assist with leagues, ladders, tournaments, and special events
- Build strong relationships with members and new players
- Promote club programs, lessons, clinics, leagues, and memberships
- Help players find programs that align with their goals and skill level
- Welcome and onboard new players into the club community
- Provide excellent customer service both on and off the court
- Work collaboratively with coaches, front desk staff, and management
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented club culture
- Represent Jem PicklePlace professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of pickleball fundamentals, strategy, and player development
- Passion for pickleball and helping others improve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing,



and confident interacting with players and members
- Comfortable promoting lessons, clinics, memberships, and club programming
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to support others
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Experience in coaching, teaching, customer service, sales, hospitality, or leadership is considered an asset

Certifications are welcome but not required. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the game, passionate about growing the sport, and committed to creating a great experience for our members.

Compensation & Growth

- Starting wage: $17.60 per hour
