About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Pitt Meadows, BC, for a two-year term, hybrid chance. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across multiple positions. While HR experience is considered an asset, this position is focused on recruitment and talent acquisition rather than general Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.




- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
- Participate in recruitment events as required.

Qualifications

- Minimum three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and online recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Diploma, certificate, or education in Human Resources is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $68,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
