Job description

We are a Canadian Footwear company that specializes in children’s and adult licensed footwear. We are located in Ville Saint-Laurent with easy access from public transport. We are looking for a graphic designer with experience in the design industry.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

- DEC, AEC or equivalent in graphic design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop in a Mac workplace.
- Working knowledge of footwear commodities is an asset.
- Must have fashion flare and be able to adapt to current footwear trends.
- Must have a very strong attention to detail.
- Must be a team player
- English proficiency

The following are the daily tasks:

- Responsible for developing art concepts for men's, women's and children's footwear
- Create technical sketches and tech packs to send to suppliers overseas.




- Create flat sketches and presentation boards to present to customers.
- Communicate with factories overseas on a daily basis to ensure the quality and accuracy in the design of every collection.
- Develop seasonal mood boards to keep to date with trends for different commodities.
- Knowledge of social media is an asset.

- Monday to Friday: 8:15am to 5pm
