As the first point of contact, you’ll greet every guest and direct them to either the bagel counter or a table. Once seated, provide menus and water, and let them know their server will be right over. You will be in charge of running a wait list and maintianing it throughout the day as we do not take reservations. Comfortability phoning customers and letting them there table is ready. Additionally, ensuring tables are staggered to ensure the kitchen does not get overwhelmed.
Schedule:
- We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills, great communication, and a warm presence to help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
