BladeRunners is a FREE employment training program for people who are between the ages of 15 - 30, are experiencing barriers to employment, and who would benefit from employment support and ongoing mentorship.

BladeRunners Construction Cohort

The BladeRunners Program includes:

- Emergency First Aid Level 1
- WHMIS certification
- Back & Ladder Safety certification
- Fall Protection
- Resumes to get you working
- Assisted job search
- Ongoing employment mentorship
- Completion Bonus of $200

PLEASE NOTE: This is a career training program and does not include hourly wages. The $18/hour rate displayed is required by the posting platform and does not represent a paid employment position. Participants who successfully complete the BladeRunners Cohort will receive a $200 completion bonus.

The BladeRunners training is for two weeks. We are currently booking in-person interviews.
