The Role We are seeking a skilled Alteration Specialist and Seamstress to join our busy workroom. This role is focused on high-level technical execution. You will work within our established atelier to ensure every gown is altered with precision, care, and a sense of urgency.

Daily Responsibilities

- Expert Technical Sewing: Perform high-quality alterations on bridal gowns, prom dresses, and evening wear using industrial machines and hand-stitching.
- Fine Construction: Handle delicate laces, silks, and intricate beadwork with extreme care.
- Workroom Efficiency: Maintain a clean,



organized workspace and manage multiple projects to meet wedding-season deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our Lead Fitter to execute pinning instructions and ensure a flawless finish for our clients.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of professional sewing experience (Bridal or formal wear is strongly preferred).
- Technical Skill: Mastery of industrial sewing equipment and a deep understanding of garment architecture/construction.
- Attributes: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
