Shipping & Packaging Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Victoria, BC
Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Starting Wage: $18.25/hour

Matter Industries is a growing Canadian manufacturer of premium 3D printing materials. We manufacture all of our products in-house and ship orders to customers across Canada, the United States, and around the world.

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our shipping team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday hours in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

No previous shipping experience is required—we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare shipments for courier pickup
- Print shipping labels and organize outgoing orders
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Keep the shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Help ensure every order is accurate and shipped on time
- Assist the production team with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)




- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience is an asset but not required

Compensation

- Starting wage of $18.25/hour
- Part-time position (20 hours per week)
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
