At Plato’s Closet, we help keep fashion affordable and out of landfills by giving clothing a second life. If you enjoy current trends, social media fashion culture, merchandising, and working with people, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

- Sort and evaluate clothing, shoes, and accessories based on current styles, trends, brand, condition, and seasonality
- Tag and process inventory for the sales floor
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays and maintain store presentation
- Operate the cash register and assist customers with purchases and questions
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and fast-moving




- Work as part of a high-energy team focused on customer service and sustainability

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong interest in fashion and current trends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Weekend availability is a must
- Retail experience is an asset, but not required
