Job Summary:
We are hiring general laborers to assist with hardwood flooring shop. This role involves physical work, use of machines, and support with installation, sanding, and finishing tasks. Experience is preferred but not required — we are looking for fast learners ready to work in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with hardwood floor installation, sanding, and finishing
- Operate machines such as sanders, buffers, and saws
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
- Follow directions from supervisors and team leads
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on the job site

Qualifications:

- Fast learner with a good work ethic
- Physically fit; work on your feet for long hours
- Experience in construction or flooring is an asset, but not required




- Willingness to learn machine operation and flooring techniques
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well with a team

Language Preferences:
Ukrainian, Russian, Filipino, Spanish, or English

Schedule:
Full-time vailable; weekday shifts with possible weekend work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week

Adaptable language requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, ON L4L 5T9: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

Experience:

- Woodworking: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:
