Duties

- Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic services tailored to individual client needs
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and promote our service offerings
- Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet client goals
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations and safety standards




- Deliver exceptional customer service by doing in depth consultations by actively listening to client concerns and providing expert advice on skincare routines

Skills

- Proven experience in esthetician services and facial treatments including threading eyebrows
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and explain treatment options clearly
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities such as appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and client check-ins
- Knowledge of current skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide innovative solutions
- Detail-oriented with excellent hygiene practices to ensure client safety and satisfaction
