We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working with people of all ages, and be committed to making each visit to Romeo’s Duncan memorable for families, friends, and neighbors alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a smile and provide attentive, caring service throughout their visit.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining strong knowledge of our menu and daily specials.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment across the dining room, service stations, and restrooms.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver meals promptly and accurately.
- Support special events and group gatherings by helping with setup, service, and cleanup.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to keep our guests and staff safe.
- Engage with families and children to create a fun, relaxed, and welcoming dining experience.





Experience & Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay positive and skilled in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for helping others.
