Wynwood Renovations is looking for a true sales closer — someone who can confidently guide clients, control the sales process, and turn consultations into signed renovation contracts.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Run in-showroom and in-home consultations
- Convert leads into signed renovation projects
- Guide clients through design + product selections
- Present solutions that align with value and investment
- Overcome objections and move clients to decisions
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Track performance (close rate, deal value, pipeline)

You own the deal from first meeting → signed contract

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

- Proven experience in sales (closing deals, not just quoting)
- Strong communication and confidence in client-facing roles
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently
- Comfortable selling high-value projects ($30K–$150K+)
- Self-motivated and driven by performance + commission

Nice to Have:

- Kitchen / bath / renovation experience
- Showroom or in-home sales experience
- Design software experience (2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD)

Compensation

- Base salary + uncapped commission
- High performers have strong earning potential
