Front of House Team Member (Part-Time & Full-Time)

We're dedicated to offering a wide variety of freshly baked goods, from breads and bagels to pastries and cakes. We're currently hiring for both part-time and full-time roles.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a positive experience every visit.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash till operations (opening, closing, and balancing).
- Help customers select products and offer recommendations.
- Fulfill delivery orders (UberEats, Skip the Dishes, DoorDash) with speed and precision.
- Keep the checkout and service areas clean and organized.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Prepare and serve hot items from the kitchen menu.
- Assemble and serve food items (bagels, salads, sandwiches) based on customer preferences.
- Work alongside teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

- Valid Food Handler Certificate (required before start date).




- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience in the food industry is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person.
