Network Analyst:
On behalf of our energy client, Procom is searching for a Network Analyst for a 6-month contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Regina, Saskatchewan office.

Network Analyst - Job Description:
The Network Analyst will be part of the Enterprise Networks team, focusing on the operational administration and implementation of LAN/WAN infrastructure for corporate and SCADA networks. The role involves ensuring network infrastructure is configured and implemented according to the latest industry and security best practices.

Network Analyst - Responsibilities:

- Administer, implement, troubleshoot, and document the enterprise network.
- Develop strategic plans for network device evolution.
- Provide expert-level technical support and administration for all network devices.
- Monitor and optimize network performance.
- Manage network disaster recovery processes.
- Engage with corporate and field employees to address technology concerns.
- Implement network equipment updates according to company protocols.

Network Analyst - Mandatory Skills:





- Minimum five years of experience in network administration and design/architecture.
- Expertise in Spine and Leaf data center networks utilizing VXLAN with BGP EVPN.
- Experience with Cisco and Fortinet networking equipment.
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining network resources in Microsoft Azure.
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License.
- Ability to work full time onsite in Regina, SK.
- Willingness to travel and work on-call on a rotational basis.

Network Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of LTE and satellite communication technologies.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and Change Management processes.
- Experience in operating SCADA networks.
- Relevant experience with a provincial government, Crown, or Oil & Gas Transmission company.

Network Analyst – Assignment Length:
The contract will be effective for an initial term ending on March 31, 2027, with potential extensions.
