Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The Line Cook will collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards




- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to meet service deadlines during busy hours
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist in plating dishes attractively for service
- Follow sanitation procedures for cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils

Experience

- minimum 1 year in full service restaurant.
