Job Description

Logik Roofing & Insulation is a growing company looking for an experienced Attic Insulation Crew Leader to run residential jobs across the GTA and throughout Ontario.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for managing a crew, completing installs, and ensuring jobs are done efficiently and to a high standard.

This position requires travel across Ontario, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage an attic insulation crew on job sites
- Perform and oversee air sealing / draft-proofing
- Install blown insulation, batt & poly, and blanket insulation
- Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site

Compensation & Benefits

- $35+/hour (based on experience)

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years experience in attic insulation
- Strong knowledge of air sealing, blown insulation, batt & poly & blanket insulation
- Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable working in attics and physically demanding environments
- Must be willing to travel across Ontario and stay out of town when required

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)

- Roofing experience
- Experience installing roof vents
- Ability to complete minor roof repairs

- Shop based in Oshawa, ON
- Work across the GTA and throughout Ontario
