Superstar ABA Therapy is looking for an experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA) to join our growing team and provide clinical supervision and ABA services to clients remotely.

Position

- Work with children and families receiving ABA services

Responsibilities

- Provide remote clinical supervision to Behaviour Therapists (BTs)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and review client progress
- Provide parent/caregiver consultation and training
- Monitor data and make clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with BTs, families, and other members of the clinical team
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation

Requirements

- Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. (Ont.)) and/or BCBA with appropriate Ontario registration
- Minimum 1 year of ABA/clinical supervision experience




- Must meet OAP requirements and be approved/eligible to provide OAP-funded ABA services
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication and clinical supervision skills
- Comfortable providing supervision and consultation virtually
