Responsibilities

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout their visit.
- Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance the client’s experience and meet their needs.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and handling payments efficiently.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative results.

Requirements

- Esthetician skills will a bonus to salon.
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations.
- Ability to work efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, helping to promote products that complement services provided.
- A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations.
