KD Pharma Canada, a global leader in highly purified marine lipids and Omega-3 manufacturing, is hiring Production Operators for our Mulgrave facility. As part of our production team, you’ll play a hands-on role in the safe and productive manufacture of high-quality marine oil products used in health and wellness industries around the world.

This position operates on a rotational 12-hour shift schedule (days and nights) and offers the opportunity to grow your career in a purpose-driven, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and processes.
- Complete accurate batch records and production logs.
- Safely handle raw materials and apply operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor processes through control systems (HMI), instrumentation, and field checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP/GDP requirements.
- Support training of new operators and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What You Bring





- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or experience is an asset.
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and safety practices in a regulated environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a production setting.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
