Overview:

Bourgeois Motors Ford, a leading automotive dealership in Midland, Ontario, is seeking a meticulous and hardworking Undercoat Sprayer/Tire Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying protective undercoating to vehicles and performing various tire services, ensuring our customers' vehicles are well-protected and maintained.

Responsibilities:

- Apply undercoating materials to the undercarriages of vehicles, following company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles before and after application to ensure proper coverage and quality.
- Perform tire services, including tire rotations, balancing, mounting, and installations.
- Inspect and identify potential tire issues, providing recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and materials are used safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of undercoating and tire service equipment.
- Handling and organizing of seasonal tires in storge.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, ensuring the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Follow all company policies,



procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in automotive undercoating and tire services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
