Front of House Manager

Riders Pizza – Cumberland, BC

Riders Pizza is a community-focused restaurant dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through great beer, food, and service. We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our Front of House team and oversee daily operations.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and support Front of House staff
- Oversee restaurant operations (service, flow, opening/closing)
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience and handle customer concerns
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and team performance
- Coordinate with Kitchen on service, menus, and events
- Handle inventory, ordering, and POS/cash processes
- Maintain health, safety, and service standards
- Support hiring, training, and staff development

What We’re Looking For

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality (2 years)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills




- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for customer service and team culture
- Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Serving It Right certification (required)
