What you’ll do:

- Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Lead shifts by managing floor positioning, station coverage, and speed of service
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
- Assist with daily administrative tasks
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

- Prior leadership or supervisor experience (quick-service restaurant experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills




- Positive attitude and ability to lead by example
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
