Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory levels through diligent data entry and regular stock checks using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- Assist customers by providing expert advice on parts selection, availability, and technical specifications to ensure they receive the right components promptly.
- Process purchase orders, manage procurement activities, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with manufacturing or repair teams to source parts efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to meet demand planning schedules.
- Operate forklifts safely to handle heavy or bulky parts within the warehouse or storage areas.
- Conduct regular supply chain audits, fence checks,



and yard inspections to verify stock integrity and security.
- Support demand planning efforts by analyzing usage patterns and forecasting future parts needs to optimize inventory levels.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or background in automotive, HVAC, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and inventory management.
- Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement negotiations, or supply chain coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes enhances your ability to understand parts specifications.
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is desirable.
- Experience working with CMMS platforms or demand planning tools will set you apart as a candidate ready to hit the ground running.
