CSI Corrosion Protection is seeking an Operations Coordinator enabling the effective execution of daily operations by coordinating activities, facilitating communication, and supporting workflow across departments. This role focuses on removing barriers to productivity, improving information flow, and ensuring operational plans are clearly understood and executed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily operational activities to ensure work is properly planned, communicated, and coordinated.
- Act as a central point of coordination between operations, maintenance, safety, quality, and administrative teams.
- Support daily, weekly, or shift-based planning meetings, and coordination discussions.




- Track operational priorities, progress, constraints, and action items to support on-time execution.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks, handoff issues, or communication gaps and assist in driving resolution.
- Support operations leadership with manpower alignment, scheduling coordination, and resource utilization.
- Assist with job readiness, staging, sequencing, and verification of required documentation and administration Quality quality documents, Load lists, and Project administration (RFI’s, and project logs)
- Perform hands-on operational or support tasks as needed to assist teams during peak workloads, delays, or short-term resource gaps, within scope, training, and safety requirements.
- Assist with providing project specification, reporting, data collection, and support progress billing activities.
- Support adherence to standard operating procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices.
- Monitor and support reporting of operational metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators as assigned.
- Assist with implementation, tracking, and follow-up of improvement initiatives, procedural changes, or new systems.
- Support safety initiatives by reinforcing safe work practices and reporting hazards, near misses, or non-conformances.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving in a professional, collaborative, and solution-oriented manner.
- Assist with audits, inspections, customer visits, or site readiness activities as required.




- Communicate operational status, risks, or issues clearly and professionally to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support secure, efficient, and consistent operations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations, coordination, facilitation, or industrial support roles.
- Experience working in shop, yard, field, or industrial operating environments required or considered an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education or training in operations management, business, logistics, or industrial disciplines considered an asset.
- Safety training (WHMIS, CSTS, H2S, First Aid, LOTO) considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, coordination, and execution principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, planning, tracking, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic operational workplace.
- Practical problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfort working closely with frontline personnel, leadership, and support functions.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, tracking tools, and documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and coordination tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, consistency, and operational discipline.
