Rotech Pumps is seeking a dynamic Inside Technical Sales Rep to join our growing team. This role provides in-depth technical support and application engineering guidance to our distributors and end-users. You will serve as a key point of contact for system design assistance, hydraulic calculations, and product selection, while ensuring rapid, accurate, and efficient responses to all incoming inquiries.

This position is open to New-Grads looking to join and learn about pumps, systems and be part of a growing tema.

- Provide detailed technical support on pump systems, hydraulic performance, and product applications to distributors and end-users.
- Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate technical assistance.
- Prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Create and maintain the Applications Engineering database in coordination with distributors to support sales and product promotion efforts.
- Maintain and analyze the quotations database to ensure timely follow-up and identify opportunities for support.




- Prepare documentation for custom and non-catalog products and coordinate their production with internal departments.
- Execute and support Sales Orders as needed, ensuring accurate technical specifications.
- Visit customer sites when required to provide hands-on technical assistance and training.
- Provide cross-reference information for obsolete products and recommend suitable alternatives.
- Support Regional Sales Managers and distributors through technical presentations, seminars, and meetings.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to represent Rotech Pumps and gather market intelligence.
- Research and recommend commercially available components to enhance product offerings and system performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
