Union Tractor is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Technician to join our Nisku team. What You'll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and technicians
- Source heavy equipment parts using OEM systems, schematics, and technical resources
- Process parts orders, quotations, purchasing, returns, and warranty transactions
- Manage inventory, backorders, warehouse transfers, shipping/receiving, and stocking activities
- Follow up on quotes and proactively identify sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation while following company procedures and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the Parts,



Service, and Sales teams to keep customers productive

What You'll Bring

- Experience in heavy equipment, construction, agricultural, or industrial parts sales
- Journeyperson Parts Technician certification is considered an asset
- Experience with OEM parts software such as Caterpillar SIS, Volvo Prosis, John Deere Service ADVISOR, Komatsu CSS, or similar is an asset
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong mathematical skills, including margin, markup, freight, and currency calculations
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime when required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
