About the Chance

We are hiring Production Associates to join a growing bakery manufacturing company specializing in premium bakery products. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

You'll work with a supportive team committed to producing high-quality bakery products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

- Assemble, package, and inspect bakery products on the production line
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards
- Monitor ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and workplace health & safety procedures
- Assist with equipment changeovers, sanitation, and other production tasks as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

Qualifications





- Previous experience in food manufacturing or bakery production is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 25 kg when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada for the full expected assignment period, without requiring sponsorship from the client.
