Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure showroom and showroom cars are clean ( smudge-free, vacuumed and free of debris)
- Ensure Test Drive vehicles are parked correctly, fuelled and free of debris
- Update Key Board with new keys, erase and add new vehicles
- Track and follow new vehicle deliveries. Ensure vehicles have been cleaned, have accessories installed and are brought over in a timely fashion. Use the assistance of sales staff or other lot staff if necessary to meet delivery timelines.
- Retouch or re-detail vehicles when necessary using our car wash or by hand.
- Ensure the Dealership lot area is clean (free of leaf debris, weeds growing through stone, old screws left in the parking area)
- Assist in the set-up of promotional displays ( banners, window displays, pole signs etc)
- Liaison with our Compound in regards to the vehicle location, scheduling etc
- Ensure that vehicles are neat and orderly, move vehicles as directed by the New & Used Vehicle Manager in accordance with dealership display standards
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
- Comply with required health and safety regulations.




- Perform any other duties as required

Skills :

- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Physical strength to lift 50 pounds.
- Good agility for installation of wheel locks.
- Strong listening and observation skills for inspecting incoming vehicles.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
- G license, Clean driving record.
- Manual dexterity.
