We're family-owned, and we build every restoration like the patient is family, because our success is built on the success of our dentists. Demand for our work has never been stronger, and we're ready for the next chapter. We're looking for an exceptional Lab Manager to lead our daily operation while the owner focuses on expanding the business. What you'll own

- Production and delivery. Case distribution, workload across departments, and the daily schedule. Cases meet our standards and go out on time, every day.
- Quality. You're the last set of eyes before work leaves the building, delivering the quality and consistency our dentists depend on.
- The team. You lead 10 to 15 skilled technicians: weekly production meetings, coaching, scheduling, and developing junior techs.
- The numbers. You own them. Quality, on-time delivery, returns, and costs are your scoreboard, and you'll work closely with the owner to review results and plans so we're always on the same page.
- Dentist relationships.



You're the daily point of contact for technical questions, treatment planning, and timelines.

Your first year

You'll build an operation that delivers consistent turnaround, solid quality, solid numbers, and a cross-trained team with depth in every department. By the end of year one, this lab runs on your leadership.

We're looking for

- 5+ years in a dental lab, including 2+ years leading people
- A strong crown and bridge background; digital workflow experience (exocad/3Shape, milling, printing) is a real asset
- A quality standard you can teach
- Comfort with production metrics.
- The desire and experience to build lab-wide systems that deliver lasting results
