Responsibilities

- Assist with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, combines, sprayers, grain trucks and more
- Perform general farm duties such as swathing, combining, hauling grain, etc
- Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols during all activities and report any issues or hazards promptly

Experience

- Preference will be given to applicants with a Class 1 license and clean driving record
- Non Smokers only




- Mechanical knowledge or experience working with farm machinery is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance tasks is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Prior experience on a farm or in agricultural settings is helpful but not necessary; training will be provided for motivated learners

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
