Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various massage techniques and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend future sessions or wellness practices
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations,



including proper sanitation procedures
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery

Skills

- Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients
- Strong communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client concerns
- Ability to listen attentively and adapt treatments based on individual needs
- Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help clients improve their health and relaxation levels

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00-$90.00 per hour
